i went to a fall out boy show and all i got was this stupid shirt with their name on it.

haha not really. it was amazing.

we didn't get to the venue until 6:25 even though doors were at 6. so we got sucky ass seats. i got some decent pics though. but i was really pissed at first.
first was cute is what we aim for. i missed the first song because i was buying merch. i really don't like shaant. and you know its not good when your hometown fans don't like you. he said, "you probably won't like hearing this, but coming home doesn't always feel like home." i was like, wow, what a little bitch.
plain white t's played after them. they were good, but i am kinda sick of them, so i didn't enjoy it as much as i had hoped i would. i liked it better before they were famous for "hey there delilah."
then gym class heroes. oh boy, that probably made my night. just having them home to play was amazing. and the fact that they didn't cancel our show for travis' cousin [RIP]. "you hear this beat, man? this is my heart beating for you. this show is dedicated to you."
fall out boy. wow. once again, they left me mesmerized. they played all the hits, and then some of the more unknown stuff for the diehards. that made me happy. i found it funny how wentz would hop around on one foot, but atleast he looked hardcore doing it. he fell once, too. i loved how they played "nobody puts baby in the corner" in acoustic. they played almost all of my favorites, with a few exceptions. some of the stuff they said was hilarious too. first patrick thought they were in detriot, so wentz said, "wait, are we in detriot or rochester?" and he also did the whole "i have good news and bad news, which do you want to here first?" deal about his foot. "well, the bad news is that i broke my fucking foot. the good news is i have a lifetime supply of pain killers." he also got the crowd to do a wave and fun stuff like that. one of my favorite things he said was, "you know we must like upstate new york since we brought two bands from near here with us." my other favorite was, "this song is like a 'get well soon' card for the world...so get well soon. [referring to hum hallelujah]" the only thing that sucked was the fact that i couldn't understand what he was saying during "this ain't a scene." i think he was too high off of the pain killers or something. x] it was a really good show, especially since i knew every song that every band played.
